Neck Pain
Understanding Neck Pain
Neck pain is incredibly common, often linked to muscle tension, joint strain, or prolonged postures, such as sitting at a computer, driving long hours, or even poor sleeping positions. It can also arise from age-related changes in the spine or injuries such as whiplash.
Neck pain doesn’t always stay in the neck. You may also experience:
- Pain or stiffness spreading into the shoulders or arms
- Tingling, pins and needles, or numbness in the arm or hand (indicating nerve irritation)
- Muscle weakness in the upper limb
- Headaches or migraines linked to tension in the neck
Chiropractors are highly trained to diagnose the root cause of neck pain and related symptoms, and to provide safe, effective treatment that goes beyond short-term relief.

Patient Stories
Excellent, friendly service. Got an appointment quickly when I really needed one and has made a world of difference to my recovery. Heather takes time to understand the issue, and what you as a patient want to get out of the treatment. In my case, developing exercises and a strategy for preventing the issues from reoccurring. Brilliant all round

Heather is amazing, she eases the physical pain with knowledge and a laugh, which eases the emotional pain too. I would have been so stuck without her, and am happy to recommend her to everyone. And don't forget the team that answer phones, make appointments, and generally keep the ship afloat. Thank you to all.
